A little tidbit about Mrs. Suazo
In this my 14th year of teaching in Jefferson Parish, I am continuing my growth in education as I integrate more and more technology in my lessons. Not only are my students becoming more competent in this digital age, but so am I . Students have been blogging, skyping, glogging, using digital cameras and flipcams, interacting on Promethean flipcharts, working on a variety of websites, and will soon be working on I-pod touches. The students will also be analyzing photos that they have taken with a mathematical perspective. As new technologies become available, it is my goal to incorporate them in my class to help my students become successful in this Web 2.0 world.
